Processing time: Your order will usually be processed within 2-3 working days after receipt of your order.
Delivery times: After your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The standard delivery time is between 4-7 days from the time of shipment. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and that the actual delivery time may vary depending on location and other factors. If you have placed a pre-order in your order, we will only ship the products as soon as all products are available. This is to avoid unnecessary duplicate deliveries.
Shipping costs: We charge a flat rate of €6.99 for standard shipping within Germany. Additional charges may apply for shipping outside Germany.
Shipping confirmation and tracking: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your order online.

Shipping to Austria & Switzerland?
We would like to inform you that we are unfortunately not yet able to offer international shipping. However, we are already working hard to expand our shipping to Austria and Switzerland.
